Recruitment Package

Interviews with engineers from six different disciplines with questions about their work, schooling, life in Southwest Wyoming, and how they like working for the company.

This 16-page magazine style booklet allowed us to speak about the company itself, include information about six different engineering careers, and include photos and information about the area of Southwest Wyoming. It was specifically designed to target younger students and make the company feel relatable.

With custom tablecloths and displays, the company is able to make a professional and positive first impression before ever making contact with potential employees. They become more approachable to the candidate allowing the company representatives to communicate with them and hand out the appropriate materials.
